Multi-Service Tunnel Network Technology (MSTNT) incorporates the Multi-Service Tunnel Protocol (MSTP) and MNTP (Multi-Network Transport Protocol) – a transport (Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) L1 level) protocol for traffic tunneling through L2 ( Ethernet) or L3 (IP) OSI model levels, including the transparent transport channels summation technology and technology for L2 Ethernet tunnels management over Wide Area Networks (WAN) networks (Internet/Intranet) with automatic filtering of route announcements and Ethernet traffic transmission with arbitrary 802.1q labels and maximum transmission unit (MTU) size up to 2048 bytes. The resulting L2 Ethernet transport is capable of transmitting packets using either Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) 802.1Q technology (single TAG, QinQ) or untagged.
Multi-Platform Tunnel OS (MPT OS) – an OS which can be installed on any telecommunication equipment with X86, ARM, or MIPS processor architectures.
MMS Monitoring and Management System provides the best in the industry manageability, device support, and network scalability. It includes unique tools for tunnel operation monitoring and network automation elements.
MSTP (Multi Service Tunnel Protocol) — includes technology for the organization of L2 Ethernet tunnels over WAN networks (Internet/Intranet), as well as management and monitoring of tunnel-forming equipment. The resulting L2 Ethernet transport is capable of transmitting packets using either Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) 802.1Q technology (single TAG, QinQ) or untagged.
MNTP (Multi Network Transport Protocol) is a technology of transparent transport channel summation and data protection when transmitting over an unprotected network (encapsulation) with automatic filtering of route announcements and Ethernet traffic transmission with arbitrary 802.1q labels and maximum transmission unit (MTU) size up to 2048 bytes for transmitting the subscriber’s traffic over the provider’s networks.
B-Test Module A client-server application developed for testing communication channels built using MSTNT technology. The application allows the creation of simplex and duplex load streams of UDP or TCP traffic of a certain bandwidth and to measure the quality of data transmissions.
A Loop Module A software package (kernel module and userspace process) which runs on the subscriber’s unit that analyzes network traffic transmitted from the client network’s LAN ports to the MSTP tunnel in order to detect and block loops that appear on the network.
MCMP (Management Crypto Mobile Platform) is a multiplatform application that provides CryptoCUBE settings, management, and communication with a personal phone and laptop.
TCM (Tunnel Collector module) is a software module implemented on the x86 processor platform, which provides access control of all types of Multi-Service Tunnel Technology (MSTT) tunnels.
MPM (Multi-Platform Module) is a software module which provides Multi-Service Tunnel Protocol (MSTP) tunnels access control for subscriber devices implemented on MIPS or ARMv7 processor platforms.
